This workshop includes a discussion of the value of diversity in ministries within a church emphasizing the Bible as the single authority for creating all ministries. Creating diverse yet equally valued ministries with a church is essential to meet the growing needs of disciples we serve.

Outcomes
Outcomes: The Biblical foundations for various ministries in the local congregation will be established. The workshop will assist ministry leaders and participants in assessing the value of their specific ministry initiative to our common work and commission of spreading the Gospel and Making Disciples of the saved.
