Outcomes: The participants will discover emerging trends and their potential impact upon their families, community and the church.  Participants will examine the ministry of the local congregation and assess its readiness for the paradigm shifts.  Opportunities for growth and ministry as well as the potential threats will be identified empowering the participants and the church to proactively plan for the changes anticipated.
